#The role

Make cloud cost an architecture property, owned by the teams who spend it.

#What you will do

• Set up tagging, allocation and showback so every team sees what it spends.
• Find and size savings (rightsizing, commitments, architecture changes) with engineering teams.
• Build the operating model: roles, cadence and reporting for finance and engineering.
• Bring cost into design reviews and decision records.

#What you bring

• Three or more years in FinOps, cloud cost management or a cloud role with cost ownership.
• Fluency with cloud billing data on AWS or Azure.
• Ability to explain cost trade-offs to engineers and finance alike.
• FinOps Foundation certification is a plus.
