Privacy policy
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is CELESDEV Solutions SARLU, a company registered in Casablanca, Morocco ("we"). For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, write to business@celesdev.com.
We process personal data under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, supervised by the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP). When the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing, for example because we offer our services to people in the European Union, we comply with it as well.
What we collect, why, and for how long
We collect only what you send us and the technical data needed to deliver the site. This website has no contact form, no account and no newsletter.

Booking a call
The "Choose a time" button on the contact page is a plain link to a Google Calendar booking page. Nothing from Google loads on our site. Once you are on Google's page, the details you enter go to our Google Workspace calendar, and Google's own privacy policy also applies to that page, including any cookies Google sets there.
Audience measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on all pages of the site. Cloudflare adds it when it delivers a page, so it is not tied to the cookie settings. According to Cloudflare, it sets no cookies, does not use local storage and does not store your IP address. It collects aggregated page-view data: the page address, the referring page, browser and device type, the country derived from your IP address, and page load timings. Cloudflare processes it as our service provider, and we use it only to measure how the site is used, which is our legitimate interest. You can object by writing to business@celesdev.com, and you can block the measurement with a browser tracker blocker. The cookie policy lists everything stored on your device.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, show advertising, build marketing profiles, or take decisions about you by automated means alone.
Who receives your data
Inside CELESDEV Solutions, only the people who need your data to answer you or to run the recruitment process can see it. We use two service providers, who act as our processors under written data processing terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts and delivers the website, protects it against attacks, and runs the audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Google provides our email and calendar (Google Workspace), so your emails, applications and bookings are stored there.
We may also disclose data to a court or public authority when the law requires it.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Google process data in several countries, including the United States. We transfer personal data outside Morocco only under the conditions set by Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08. Where the GDPR applies, transfers to these providers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which both take part, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our mailboxes and calendars is limited to the people who need it. Our providers apply their own technical and organisational security measures, described in their data processing terms.
Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08 you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. Where the GDPR applies you also have the rights to restriction of processing and to data portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing done before.
To exercise a right, email business@celesdev.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we answer within one month.
Complaints
If you think we have not handled your data correctly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You may also complain to the CNDP in Morocco (cndp.ma) or, if you live or work in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country, for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do with personal data changes, and change the date at the top of the page. If a change affects the cookie settings, we ask for your choice again.
