Cloud Architecture & Migration
Cloud foundations built for the next ten workloads.
The first workload in the cloud is rarely the problem. The tenth is, when networking, identity and cost controls were designed for one team. We design landing zones and migration plans that hold as the estate grows.
The problem we solve
Migrations stall when the foundations are improvised: accounts created by hand, networks that overlap, no clear owner for cost. Each workload then negotiates its own exceptions, and the platform becomes a set of special cases.
What you get
You get foundations every workload can reuse, and a migration plan sequenced by value and risk rather than by whoever asks first.
- A landing zone design: accounts or subscriptions, identity, networking, policy and logging
- A migration plan by wave, with a disposition for each application (rehost, replatform, refactor or retire)
- Infrastructure as code, so environments are reproducible and reviewable
- Resilience and cost guardrails agreed before the first workload moves
How an engagement runs
Cloud adoption
Foundations first, then migration waves, with the landing zone extended as each wave teaches something new.

Questions we are often asked
Which clouds do you work with?
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We help you choose when the choice is open, and work within it when it is not.
Do you migrate the applications yourselves?
We plan the migration and work with your teams, or your delivery partner, on the first waves, so the patterns are proven before they scale.
Is multi-cloud a good idea for us?
Sometimes. We treat it as a risk decision, not a vendor one, and recommend it only where the risk it removes is worth the cost it adds.
