About these terms

These terms apply to your use of celesdev.com, published by CELESDEV Solutions SARLU (see the legal notice). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our architecture and engineering services and publishes articles, whitepapers, points of view and our tech radar. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Every engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which prevails over anything on this site.

Our content

The content of this website (text, diagrams, illustrations and the CELESDEV name and logo) belongs to CELESDEV Solutions SARLU unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page; any other reproduction needs our written permission.

Articles, whitepapers and case studies give general information. They are not advice for your situation, and figures in case studies describe past engagements. We work to keep the content accurate, but it can contain errors and may change without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for an unlawful purpose, not to try to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, not to disrupt it, and not to collect its content with automated tools in a way that overloads the site or gets around its security. Indexing by search engines is welcome.

The site links to other sites, such as our booking page on Google Calendar and our LinkedIn page. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of personal data.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance.

Liability

The site is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent permitted by law, CELESDEV Solutions SARLU is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

What you send us

We treat what you tell us about your organisation before an engagement as confidential. Formal confidentiality obligations are set in a non-disclosure agreement or in the engagement agreement. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, and cookies in the cookie policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here on the day you use the site, and the date at the top of the page shows the last change.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute about them or about the use of the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away the protection that the mandatory rules of your country of residence give you.
