Senior Enterprise Architect

#The role

Lead target-architecture and governance work for clients in regulated industries, from the first assessment to a review board that teams trust.

#What you will do

• Run architecture assessments and turn them into a target architecture and a sequenced roadmap.
• Set up decision records, review boards and fitness functions that teams actually use.
• Model application and data estates in an EA repository (MEGA HOPEX, LeanIX or ArchiMate tooling).
• Advise client leadership on trade-offs, and write them down so the reasoning outlives the meeting.

#What you bring

• Ten or more years in software or architecture roles, at least five as an enterprise or solution architect.
• Hands-on experience with TOGAF ADM or a comparable method, adapted to agile delivery.
• A record of governance that sped delivery up rather than slowing it down.
• Clear writing in English and French.
